The third-party providers we rely on to operate RealClear.
RealClear uses the third-party service providers below to operate the platform. Each provider is bound by its own data-protection terms and processes only the data needed for its stated purpose. We review vendor terms before integration and limit the data sent to each provider.
Core Infrastructure
These providers host the platform and process customer account and property research data in the course of delivering the service.

Data Enrichment & Platform Services
These providers supply public-record enrichment and platform functions.

Analytics
RealClear does not use third-party analytics subprocessors. No analytics provider is loaded on public marketing pages or in signed-in product areas, so account activity, property research, and workspace URLs are never sent to an analytics service.
Model-Provider Data Handling
Research prompts sent to model providers (Anthropic and OpenAI) may include the property and deal details you submit. Different research tasks can carry different data-handling terms, so we do not make blanket zero-retention or no-training claims. We review provider terms before integration and limit the data included in each request. See our Security page for more on our data handling.
