When you join the RealClear waitlist or create an account, we collect the email address you provide. We also collect usage analytics — such as pages visited, features accessed, and session duration — to understand how our platform is used and to improve it. We do not collect sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) beyond what is necessary to operate the service, and we will never sell your personal information to third parties.

Customer content may be processed by model providers only to operate the workflows you request. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use customer account data to build advertising profiles.
RealClear is hosted on industry-standard cloud infrastructure for the web app, backend services, database, document storage, email, analytics, and model-provider workflows. We use third-party analytics tools to understand aggregate product usage. These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify. A current list of sub-processors is available upon request at privacy@realclear.ai.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or legitimate business necessity (e.g., fraud prevention or legal compliance).

RealClear uses only essential cookies necessary for the platform to function (e.g., authentication session tokens). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features of the platform may not function correctly without them.
