The engagement covers one customer-submitted property memo. A released memo carries one of three recommendations, Pursue, Resolve first, or Pass, with a cited source behind every material claim and the unresolved questions listed with the next source or professional needed. It informs the next diligence step; it does not predict an approval or replace licensed advice.

    The invited customer submits one property and completes intake in the workspace. We confirm the delivery window when we accept your completed property submission. Complex or thin-record sites may require more research.

    The memo is reviewed, then released

    Memo release requires citation and quality checks plus an independent AI review. A claim the record cannot support holds the memo rather than shipping in it.

Requests arrive with the page you came from and the usual request details, as described in the Privacy Policy. Nothing is shared with a model provider until a property is submitted inside the workspace.
